Hi neighbours, a woman is shaken up after she says a driver intentionally swerved at her car twice. Evelyn Moore said she was driving in New Lynn on Tuesday when a driver sped up and tried to swerve into her car. The driver appeared to be talking on his cellphone, she said. Moore shared the experience on Neighbourly and wanted to warn other drivers in the area about what happened.
