Speed limit to increase on parts of Auckland motorway
The maximum motorway speed around Auckland's Waterview Tunnel will increase from Monday 23rd July next week from 80kmh to 100kmh. However, the maximum speed limit of the tunnel itself will remain at 80kmh.
"The Transport Agency takes adjusting speed limits very seriously and we have appreciated people's patience while the necessary investigations, consultation and legal processes were completed."

Amazingly quiet night in Green Bay
All the Best for the New Year! The last few years they started banging days earlier already, but this year it was amazingly quiet. Now either people suddenly got smart and care about animals and the environment (which I don’t believe for a second) or it’s the clearest sign of the Cost of Living Crisis we are in.
