I offer massage that helps you make peace with challenging emotions. This work has been my passion for many years, so I decided to complete a Certificate in Embodied Counseling and do it full-time.
Embodied approaches are a great way to understand your emotions and subconscious blocks to living well. They are of particular benefit to people challenged with anxiety and post-traumatic stress.
