Hobsonville Point family reunited with lost pet mouse

Caroline Williams Reporter from North Harbour News

Evie and Blossom the mice were living happily with their owner Amanda Politzer and her eight-year-old daughter Ruby at their Hobsonville Point home until the mouse enclosure was "turned upside down" by a cat about three weeks ago, leaving Evie no where to be found.
The family came to the conclusion that if Evie had survived the cat's wrath, they would probably never see her again.
But in a shock turn of events, Evie was found on Thursday by Maddie Rolston, who lives three streets away, or about 150 metres away directly.
"You hear about cats and dogs going and coming back, but you don't hear that with a mouse," Politzer said.

📣 We're Number 1! - Auction Statistics for March/April/May 2020

Ali Hellesoe - Ray White Real Estate

This little circle that you are looking at with numbers and words on it is something our team is very proud of.

While our country went into lockdown we made a conscious decision to find solutions for our clients who were partway through campaigns to sell their properties. With the aid of technology and the power of teamwork, Carpenter Realty came together to make remote auctions happen from our auctioneers living room!

Why? For one reason only: #carpentercare

What sets us apart from the rest? The difference is in how we care for our customers. Carpenter Care means if there's a chance we can work hard enough to make it happen, then we will do whatever it takes.

We are a humble bunch at Carpenter Realty. All that flashy stuff isn't really what we are about. But this little circle? It says we have the best auction results out of all the agencies in the North Shore for the last 3 months, and that makes us feel pretty good.

Well done team, you've done us proud.
