Accounts & Office Manager Position
Part Time until Xmas and full time for the right person.
We are a small team working in a “great” warm and friendly environment where all staff have a strong work ethic and commitment to this business.
Based in Greenhithe North Shore, we supply heating and ventilation products to the NZ market (Wholesale, Trade and E-Commerce) also some offshore agents. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service.
The Position:
1. First phone responder.
2. General email enquiries.
3. Manage all debtors, creditors, accounts purchase, bank reconciliation and assist in cash flow.
4. Manage CRM and other creative fun things.
5. Building strong customer relationships.
Personality and Skills:
We are looking for a competent, reliable, productive individual, who is hard working, is open minded and has a sense of fun. Don’t have to make us laugh but is not delict!
• Previous Credit Control Experience and Zero.
• Experience inventory control (Unleased)
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Efficient time management and organisation skills.
• A positive attitude and work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and keyboard skills with a working
