3 suspects trying to break in cars and steals CCTV
Theft of CCTV prior to casing the area and checking out multiple cars by 3 males possibly Pacific Islander in Avondale @ 2:09AM on the 30th of Jan. Suspect returned @ 2nd Feb 9:30AM to possibly further case the area or retrieve footage.
