Laughter Yoga
Join in Tuesday mornings at 9.30 am at Glenfield Senior Citizens Hall for gentle exercise. Can be done standing or sitting and is done at your own pace. Laugh as an exercise to maintain health and improve breathing and mental wellbeing. Entry by donation. Laughter Club has been going for more than 12 years so don't be shy, come along.
