What is Auckland Council going to do about ,the huge increase in unregistered cars, abandoned vehicles,vehicles parked in manner that causes drivers to make illegal moves to pass,vehicles parked on both sides on narrow streets or on the foot paths especially in residential areas on the North Shore?
