A number of my clients have called me to ask what they should do next given what's happened in our local real estate market.

Ali Hellesoe - Ray White Real Estate

- Pre-approvals are at an all-time high
- Lowest interest rates, ever
- Increased buyer enquiry on properties
- Significantly less stock on the market

And the Auckland market has remained stable with a median price of $910,000 a 7.1% increase year-on-year ๐Ÿ™‚

While we continue to run strong auction campaigns with an average of 25 days on the market, we have seen the rest of the industry blow out to 61 Days.

In summary, ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ to come to the market. This is the time astute sellers are selling, some even buying a more expensive home to take advantage of the cheapest change over costs weโ€™ve ever seen.

In addition, we believe that September and October will be a great opportune time to sell to be in before Christmas ๐ŸŽ„

If youโ€™re thinking about doing something and even if youโ€™re not ready yet, then please call me on 027 424 2910 to discuss the next steps.
