The West Auckland Resource Centre ( storeroom is in New Lynn) for over 40yrs has supplied industrial offcuts etc to school and community groups. We have recently lost 4 committee members through death, shifting and other commitments.....WE NEED YOU :-) If you have time to help out your community we would love to hear from you. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
