Janette is a qualified clinical physiotherapist with qualifications in cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation and in mind/body wellness counselling.

Heartbeats is a community-based heart event survivors support group that is informal, has no fees, and is supported by the Waitemata DHB Cardiac Nurses Unit and Heart Foundation NZ
