This light sunny room includes, a king single bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, Skydecoder, panel heater and bar fridge.
Also included is local phone calls, access to the laundry, and fully fenced back yard with fruit trees.
Located a short stroll is a bus stop, and a little further Fruitvale train station, or go in the other direction 15 minute walk to Lynmall and the Transport Centre. This provides you with plenty of amenities including, shops, bars, restaurants, and cinema.
Current flatmates range in age and are both male & female who enjoy quiet privacy .
The room is on the smaller side, so is for a single person.
Rent $170 p/w plus expenses of $30p/w to cover phone, power, water, Sky and internet.
