Missing Tonkinese Cat
Hi Neighbours, I am very worried about my cat Devon. He hasn't come home since Tuesday night (19th November). We have only been in the area for one month having moved to Birkenhead from St Heliers. Devon is 15 and has quite a bit of arthritis so I can't imagine he would want to wander far. He can be a bit aloof with people but usually loves men! He loves to get into vans, utes etc and there is a bit of building work going on close by (we are in Catrina Ave) so am wondering if he got into someones work vehicle and went for a ride. Anyway, please let me know if you have seen him. Thanks so much.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
