Just got back from evening walk along Milford walkway and was dismayed at a sign advertising 60 leasehold apartments on the beachfront at the end of Tiri Road. Equally bemused was a Tiri Road neighbour who was taking a photo of the signboard at the same time. On my (busy) Sunnybrae Road a single house has been thrown down to be replaced by 3,4,5 or 6 (not sure) dwellings. On the opposite (Northcote) end of Sunnybrae Road 80? apartments are being built. Is this how the housing shortage is going to be solved? I think it is ghastly.
I just bought a Rhino petrol lawn mower from Bunnings but it won't stop. Does anyone know how to stop it? Thank you in advance.
Hi Neighbours, The V8 supercars race costs Auckland ratepayers $1.2m and is the city's most-publicly-sponsored major event. So how did it suddenly end up shifting from its Pukekohe home to Waikato's Hampton Downs? Read the story below:
On my way to Smales Farm this morning (Sunday 26th), the bag fell off my motorbike, between Tamahere Dr., and Smales Farm.
I would appreciate its recovery.
