Hi neighbours, there have been more preventable drownings in Auckland so far in 2019 than at the same time last year - and Surf Life Saving New Zealand are now urging Aucklanders to swim at beaches patrolled by life guards during summer, such as Takapuna, in a bid to prevent more tragedies in the water. Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
