If you are not going away this long weekend, don't despair, we have lots of live sport on our 4 big TV this weekend plus two fireplaces going red-hot. Sunday from is Roast time too. We love to see you for drink or meal (please remember if you don't starve we don't starve : )

Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
