Your Room: can fit a king bed, and an office desk/ chair comfortably. Has a double large built in wardrobe.

I don’t have a couch in the lounge (it belongs to my flatmate) so welcome to bring yours. Otherwise I buy a sofa for us. There is room for bookshelves etc too in the lounge if you need space.
