This month is all about supporting our young people, to encourage and empower them to not only be the change-makers and community builders of tomorrow but also the best versions of themselves. To listen to their perspective and remember that it’s not just about what we can teach them, but what lessons they can teach us. After all, the recipe for creating healthy, happy children includes a lot of the same ingredients for building safer, more resilient and connected communities.

Of course, there are goodies to be won including four prizes up for grabs worth $500 (plus spot prizes). I have some stuff that might be useful for somebody - otherwise it goes in the skip. Item/s to be collected on Saturday 4 May by arrangement only.
- 1 x single bed with drawers and trundle bed underneath (see photo). Does NOT include mattress etc.
- 2 x single foam mattresses
- 1 x large comfy leather single chair (has a small tear in the seat but nothing too tragic)
- 1 x well used Sony 51cm TV (the big heavy variety)
- 1 x Sanyo 51cm TV (about 12 years old but barely used)
