The long-running local Tai Chi & Meditation class in Laingholm is holding an open class on Wed 2nd of December and those who are interested are welcome to come along and try it out. We got a good group of regulars from all over the Waitakere foothills area. The weekly class is a great way to exercise the body and the mind and connect with like-minded folks.
