Subdivision by East Auckland beach gets green light
The Auckland Council has granted Arylies Parklands Ltd consent to subdivide around 150 acres on Whitford's Clifton Road peninsula. The subdivision will see the land split into 13 countryside living sections with other sites set aside for an esplanade, a 45-acre wetlands and the acclaimed Arylies Gardens.
