How to use Tonic Herbs and Functional Mushrooms to build your immune health?

Business Owner from Ayurveda Mandala

Happy Greetings Neighbours
Tonic Herbs and Functional Mushrooms have been successfully used in Tradtional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. Herbs like Reishi, Chaga, Astragalus and Turkey Tail are powerful immune builders. They have so many other health benefits in addition to that.
Below I am sharing few blog posts about these including a recipe, hope you enjoy them and please share with your whanau and family.
If you like some support in your journey of health and well-being, please give me a call or email me. I look forward to welcoming you.

Thank you

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
