Magnesium Oil for the whole Family including kids & teens!
Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Chloride) is absorbed through the skin into the blood cells and distributed as needed throughout the body.
The most important mineral for the bodies of our little ones as they are growing, developing, and navigating the stressors of teen hood is Magnesium Oil
The addition of a few sprays into the nightly routine can support your child's body immensely. topping up their overall magnesium levels to ensure sufficient stores to navigate each day ahead. Magnesium is so important for our little ones and teens and often their needs are not met through diet alone, our foods are significantly lower in the minerals they once (and should) hold due to poor soil quality and chemical spraying.
So tonight, spray your little ones (or bigger ones) feet 10-30 mins before bed and KNOW you have just supported them and their bodies through this wild ride, called life, more than you can imagine. 🖤

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
