125K FOR SECTION or $449K FOR LAND AND HOUSE PACKAGE
Be in quick as this is the only section of this size now selling in Oxford!
Surrounded by modern homes down a quiet laneway this section is private making this an extremely desirable place to be.
At 629m2 it is perfect for a good size home and as much or little garden as you want.
All services are to the boundary and section is very flat and well sited to build on.
Situated close to the amenities of Oxford its the ideal location for those who desire living in a rural setting, but with the benefits of a strong community very close by, with Oxford Area School, boutique shopping, cafes and workingmen’s club all within walking distance.
Oxford is a lovely country town– clean air, Ashley & Waimak Gorge on your doorstep and the foothills of the Southern Alps offers many recreational and leisure activities.
Get the best of both worlds by working in town and living in the country. New motorways now makes the commute into Christchurch even easier.
A great size section for a family or those wishing to down size and live a comfortable life in a country township.

A study of 500 15-year-olds across two generations found Kiwi kids today are less fit and weigh between 8kg and 13kg more than their parents did.
What do you think is the cause of this - screen time, less exercise, poor diet, or something else?

Last year saw a national shortage of Swan plants, the main diet of Monarch caterpillars, causing a large number of the population to be wiped out.
Yates is getting behind the drive to avert a similar crisis this year by giving away various free butterfly friendly seeds including Yates new Butterfly Field Mix seeds between 1st and 14th October. Just register here during this time to receive your packet of seeds.
A national planting day will be held on 20th October. Plant a Swan plant or other butterfly friendly plants in your garden, in your neighbour’s garden, at school, in your local community garden – and let’s help Monarch butterflies flourish.
National Gardening Week aims to foster a love of gardening with a focus on growing not only plants but friendships, good health, strong communities and closer connections with nature.
