The Free Open Day is on Sunday 25 November, from 10.00 to 2.00 for everyone in the family.
Croquet, Golf Croquet and Gateball demonstrations. There will be games, prizes, and free instruction from our qualified coaches.
Golf Croquet is a game that anyone can play. The game is easy, the tone is social and the accent is on serious fun. Bring your young ones along and see if you can beat them.
We will be offering HALF PRICE MEMBERSHIP for the first year. Refreshments and nibbles.
Where: Our lawns are in lovely surroundings at 259 Gillies Avenue just below Melville Park.

Said to be like snooker on grass, Croquet is able to be played by … View moreHi neighbours, we are hosting a FREE OPEN DAY for the whole family at the Epsom Remuera Croquet Club! There will be fun games with prizes, raffles, demonstrations, sausage sizzle and refreshments. Wear flat soled shoes and a smile. Said to be like snooker on grass, Croquet is able to be played by anyone from 9 to 90 years.
Golf Croquet is a fast, easy new version of croquet with its own challenges. The pace is relaxed, the tone is social and the accent is on serious fun.
For the first time we'll be introducing Gateball. Gateball is a team game with up to five in each team. It's hugely popular in Japan, China and other eastern countries, with its own World Championships. Games take 30 minutes so are not too demanding.
Come along and try your hand at hitting a ball through a hoop. You've no idea how much fun that can be.
