An opportunity for clients, whānau and carers to connect with others on a cancer journey. Community Coordinator, Tiff Wafer will be hosting this month providing an update on the peer support groups, activities, resources and Cancer Navigator support available - All Welcome.

🟡Emotional and practical support to patients, families and whanau experiencing any cancer.
🟡One to one, groups and online support.
🟡Personalised care planning to support rehabilitation and recovery
🟡Access to counselling, physiotherapy, nutrition & oncology massage therapy
🟡Comfort items such as turbans, wigs & temporary prothesis.
🟡Driving Service for transport to treatment.
🟡Help to access MOH subsidies/home help/palliative care.
🟡Liaison with CDHB, primary health, social work and community services.
🟡Home visits, phone or online support.
🟡Digital and print resources available.
