It’s Arohanui Hospice annual awareness week! Did you read the supplement in The Tribune or The Manawatu Standard about our services?

As part of this week’s activities, we’ll be out on the street for our annual Street Appeal which is not only one of our most important fundraisers, but it also helps us to raise awareness about the services that Arohanui Hospice provides.

You’ll see us rattling our buckets all over the region this Thursday, 12th April, and we really need your help to make this day a success.

Do you have you an hour or two to spare, and would be happy to help us at one of our many collection sites?

Volunteers will be stationed at different sites around Palmerston North, Levin, Dannevirke, Woodville, Feilding, Foxton, Otaki, Marton and Pahiatua.

You can volunteer for as little as one hour or as much as you can over the day, and we’d be so grateful for any help! We have organized the day into two-hour shifts, and will provide all volunteers with a full set of guidelines and all the equipment needed. Collectors must be of 14 years of age or older (or be accompanied by an adult). Will you help us to help others?

We currently need to fill these slots urgently and would really appreciate your help:
