1st and 2nd November - Nymet Open Garden Weekend - Fundraising for SPCA -. Come along and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the garden, and when you've finished there is a nice hot cup of tea and something to eat. Plenty of parking available and the garden is flat so it accessible for everyone.
A huge thankyou to the Sanders family for their kindness and generosity of sharing their sanctuary with us so we could raise funds for the animals.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
