Bowen Therapy - gentle fascia release

Annemarie from Holistic Health Taranaki

Bowen Therapy:
Whether Bowen Therapy is already familiar or completely new to you, it’s a treatment that continues to gain appreciation for its gentle yet effective approach to healing.

Bowen Therapy involves light, precise movements applied to muscles, tendons, and fascia, designed to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms.
For those who know it well, you’ll appreciate how this method focuses on restoring balance and reducing tension without force or pain. F
or newcomers, it’s a non-invasive therapy suitable for all ages and many conditions.

Clients use Bowen Therapy to manage chronic pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, and support recovery from injury.
What sets it apart is the combination of physical relief and nervous system calming — meaning it works on multiple levels to promote overall well-being.

Many people notice improvements quickly, sometimes after just one session, while others find regular treatments beneficial for long-term health maintenance.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
