Have you seen my grey cat w/ white upper lips & white chest?

Last seen 6 am on Thursday 18 Jan. He never not come back for his breakfast & lunch. Currently wears Baby Blue Collar with a loud bell. Might respond to his name Teddy & definitely will respond to shake of treats bag. Have been known to be chased by doggy in past. Please call/text Hendy 021400168 if you sight him. Thanks all.
