It comes with one controller and the cables shown in the photo.
It has had light use as my husband has just turned 76 years of age and Thursday is his gaming day, where he gets to use it with our home theatre system.
We also have a PS4 Pro and he spreads his gaming time between the two.
Did I say it has had light use? lol.
We have upgraded to the Xbox Series X.
