Queen bed with all linen provided, good storage spaces and just six minutes walk to Lambton Quay. Amenities include a heated swimming pool and private outdoor seating area on the sunny verandah.

Located within two minutes walk of numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on Tinakori Rd. The Botanic Gardens and Rose Garden are just across Tinakori Road, bush walks are even closer on Tinakori Hill.

Electricity, central heat and wifi are charged at $35/week, no bills to pay!

A perfect apartment if you're in Wellington during the week, a home away from home!
