The Family Works program matches mentors with children between the ages of 6 and 14 and this pair then spend time together for an hour a week (or more).
Activities can include going for a walk or a bike ride, gardening, helping with homework, practising sports, doing crafts, exploring Marlborough, baking, or anything else you and your mentee are interested in.

Most scams come from overseas, but they may pretend to be locally based — from a reputable company, bank, or government agency, or even from your friends on social media if your account has been hacked. It is very difficult to get your money back once it is sent overseas.
