ACC Hire Equipment
Does anyone know how to get a response from Enable to collect ACC loan equipment.
I cannot get to speak to anyone on Enables phone number nor an answer to any email.
Just called ACC and told to keep calling Enable😱. Already waited 25 minutes this time and previous time 35 minutes with no response.
This equipment was brand new ($500) and I'm done with it and want to return it. What an waste of money sitting around our place for 2 months waiting to be collected! Are they issuing new stuff all the time due to no system in place to collect equipment finished with. No wonder our fees are so expensive.
