Office chair - one year old - black with arms

One office chair, soft touch leather look uoholstery, with arms, swivel seat, one year old.
It has one small bit of rubbing on the vinyl which I didn't notice as it is on the back edge, otherwise in new condition.

Weight bearing load is 120 kg, seat height 98 to 107cms
Comes with original paperwork.
