Noisy music
Hi Glendene neighbours. Did anyone else hear loud rapping music between 10.30pm and 1am last night. We live in Glen Marine Parade and we could hear it clearly coming what seemed like across the water towards Crystal Avenue. We have had this music before and these people need to know there is a shut off time to be playing loud music that gets neighbours up from their beds and trying to seek out where this is coming from. Surely they have people living next to them that would find it annoying.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
