Summer is almost here!

SLIP (on clothes),
SLOP( on sunscreen),
SLAP (on a hat),
SLIDE (on sunglasses) and
SEEK SHADE

If you have a spot or a mole that is changing, or one that you are not sure about, the best thing to do is to get it checked.
