Marlborough Photo Competition

Christopher from Create IT

Marlborough Anniversary is just a few weeks away, and after this crazy year I've decided to do a little something to encourage locals to celebrate our region.
As well as being a local business, Create IT also provides the technology behind perhaps the most prolific local blog, and information website, Marlborough Online that is basically a non-profit making celebration of Marlborough.
I'm holding a photo competition and digging into my personal funds to sponsor some prizes.
If you're a Marlburian, I'd love you to enter and/or spread the word, and if you're another local business that's done OK through Covid, I'd love you to to get in touch if you'd like to help sponsor prizes.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
