Just read a potential frightening clip on msn.com. New rules mean councils will have to green lights lot more high density developments that come across their desks or face developers in court.
Immediate thoughts are who are going to pay for these court costs and all the infrastructure that high density and taller accommodation ? Ratepayers and for areas that done want multi story high density development.....tough

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
