Greenhaven Drive boundary fencing along Snelling Creek
Hi there.
I'm wondering if anyone along Greenhaven drive (Creek side) has had their fence replaced and had either the Council or Crown go halves in its replacement? I'm having such a hard time with the Council and the Crown arguing who owns the land. I've been to Archives NZ and paid to find the Crown own it but now they are asking for more money to investigate it. This is been ongoing for months. Any advice?
