Housesitter/Pet carer available!
Hi neighbours,
My name is Caitlin and I am available for animal care/housesitting/evening dog walking in Wadestown and surrounding suburbs starting immediately. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and have recently come back to New Zealand after time working in the United States that was cut short due to the pandemic situation. I am currently working a roughly 9-5 job Monday to Friday and I enjoy housesitting experiences with animals especially dogs as I have never had one of my own but I like them a lot.
I find housesitting with animals greatly enjoyable since I no longer have my own pets although I have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits and even chickens and horses (I was a horse owner for 7 years).
Reasonable rates for all services, can be flexible and discussed based on individual needs (generally starting from $10/day for animal care and housesitting for one animal). I have a comprehensive first aid certificate as well as my full driver's licence and my own car.
References also available.
Feel free to message me here or give me a txt on 0278213969 to start discussions.
Cheers!
Caitlin

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
