COVID Alert Level 3 and physiotherapy
Hi neighbors,
I sincerely hope that you are all doing OK during this time
We wanted to let you know that we will continue with telehealth, phone or video consultations during alert L3 Covid. If you have urgent need of care for a serious injury then please contact your GP or the hospital.
We have put together some videos on facebook of exercise routines, that you can access free by clicking the link below.
We should be back to some semblance of normality by Alert Level 2, in the meantime if you do have a problem that you want our advice on, then we are here on the end of the phone - 0800 749946.
Take care, be kind and be safe
All the best
Ashley and the team at Active + Milford

Say goodbye to tyre waste
About 40% of the 6.5 million tyres Kiwis use every year are recycled, repurposed, or used as tyre-derived fuel. But the rest end up in landfills, stockpiled or dumped.
The good news is now there’s an easy solution to all that tyre waste. It’s called Tyrewise and is New Zealand’s first national tyre recycling scheme.
Tyrewise ensures that tyres in Aotearoa New Zealand are recycled or repurposed properly, saving millions from going to the landfill.
Find out more about the scheme online.
