Online meditation
I usually run meditation groups that meet in person. A lockdown option is meeting on Zoom. I will be offering an online meditation time, Tuesdays 4.00pm, comprising a short reading, 20 minutes silence to use in the way of prayer or meditation of your choice or tradition, and a closing thought. Meditation online is a meaningful option of connection with each other and the One who loves us.
Everyone is welcome to take part, no matter where you sit in matters of faith. Comment or message me if you are interested. Zoom is easy to use on computer or smartphone and I'm happy to help you set it up. My tradition is Christian Meditation and you can find out more here www.wccm.org...

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
