My Food Bag

My partner and I are currently in self-isolation and unable to go to the shops. Our My Food Bag was apparently delivered on Sunday, however it seems to have gone to the wrong address. Has anyone received a My Food Bag by mistake?
We have asked for a redelivery and have enough food to last until that arrives but would like to know where it has gotten to.
