The library will be closed until further notice due to the Governments Covid-19 Status
People can still return and borrow books until 3pm Tuesday 24th March 2020

All Whangarei District Libraries are closed until further notice

As the Government has raised the Covid-19 Alert Level to 3 in an effort to contain the spread of the virus, all Whangarei District Libraries are closed.

No Returns
Please keep your items:
• All current loans are extended to 31 May 2020.
• All fines are waived.
Requests and holds
• Please do not place requests and holds on physical items - books, talking books, magazines and DVDs. We cannot process them at this time.
• You can still place holds on eBooks and eAudiobooks.

We will be regularly reviewing this situation and will publish updates on our websites and Facebook page.
