Public facilities closed
Many of Marlborough’s community facilities have closed in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.
They include the Marlborough District Library in Blenheim, Picton Library, Stadium 2000’s public facilities including the swimming pools and gym, the Millennium Art Gallery, Edwin Fox Museum in Picton and the Marlborough Museum in Blenheim.
Council’s main office in Seymour Street, Blenheim is still open but please phone the Council on 03 520 7400 for assistance where possible.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
