Tai Chi in Mahara Place!

Sue from Waikanae

Cat Wilde from Kāpiti Coast District Council has organised a Tai Chi session for next Friday 13 March at 10.00am as part of Parks Week -

Come and try it out - you don't have to have ever done it before - it is very gentle physical exercise and stretching and is well known to help with stress reduction and mindfulness, among many other benefits -

Improvement in balance too - please circulate this event to your older friends and neighbours who mightn't be on social media or who are experiencing social isolation 😊😊😊
