Thorncombe Park Subdivision - Cambridge Road Te Awamutu

Eoin from Te Awamutu

Stage 1 is pretty much all sold and we are expecting to start on stage 2 shortly - sold another 3 sections in stage 2 last week.

I believe these packages represent the best value in Te Awamutu at the moment - happy to be told otherwise but if you, your family or friends are looking to build please put them in touch we are able to do some great design and build packages - we still have a few sections left at $270k.

Do you think changes need made to the current process for building consent? Share your thoughts below.

On this ANZAC Day, let's take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

Tell us who are you honouring today. Whether it's a story from the battlefield or a memory of a family member who fought in the war, we'd love you to share your stories below.
