Hot nights
For all of you that are having trouble sleeping due to it being rather hot during the nights I had a great idea when my Daughter was young, All so need is a hot water bottle, ice and half a jug of cold water, put the ice in the jug and with a funnel fill the bottle up 🥶 cools you down nicely. (Maybe wrap in a tea towel)
