Soldiers erect permanent tribute to fallen buddy on Te Whiti Rd.
Palmerston North based army gunner Andrew Rance died on a corner between Gladstone and Masterton earlier this year and his mates from 16th Field Regiment have installed a permanent memorial on the spot on the bend on Te Whiti Rd. Great to see the camaraderie among the unit and the esteem with which they held their friend.
