Merry Christmas

The Team from Lake Panorama Dental

Dear Neighbours,

Yes it is that time of the year where we all want to complete our pending tasks at work and get ready for our families for Christmas.

Lake Panorama Dental would like to thank all the old and new patients for entrusting their dental care needs in us.

We understand that as Dentistry is expensive for the Dentist, in the same manner it can be very costly for the patient, hence we are continuing with our very reasonable rates and now offering 15% all Dental treatments including X Rays with a Free Initial check up and quote until the end of June 2020.

We have the latest Dental equipment and maintain very strict hygiene standards.

An entire home is converted exclusively into a Dental clinic which gives our patients a very relaxed ambience, surrounded by the calm Lake Panorama and abundance of free on street parking outside the clinic doors, we even have a bus stop about 50 meters away from our clinic.

Our staff are highly experienced and very caring and gentle.

We also offer Free ACC consultation, Free WINZ Quotes , Free for children under 18 ( children under 13 may require a referral letter ).

We would like to congratulate all our Christmas Lucky dip winners.

We are open Mondays to Saturdays and situated at 22 Lake Panorama Drive Henderson Heights, please call 09 2186000 or text 0211363444

We would also like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a Very Happy and Blessed Christmas and a Safe and Healthy 2020.

Best Wishes

Dr Lisa Fernandes- Senior and Principal Dentist with over 22 years of experience.

Ask your questions about renting rights THIS WEDNESDAY!

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

We are continuing our Q&A sessions on Neighbourly with the amazing, Sacha Green, from Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand (CABNZ) who'll be talking about renting rights. We invite you to share a question for her then!

A little bit about Sacha:
She has been working for CABNZ for 10 years and is passionate about empowering people with knowledge of their rights as well as ensuring access to justice.

She helps support the team of over 2,000 trained volunteers who deliver the CAB service in 80 neighbourhoods around Aotearoa by providing advice and support at a national level on a wide range of issues. One of Sacha’s work areas is leading the CAB’s social justice work on housing and tenancy issues.

Whether you're a flatmate, landlord, boarder or flatmate you'll be able to leave a comment below on Wednesday and Sacha will answer your questions. You may want to ask about notice periods, bond fulfillment, reasonable rent increases, or even whose responsibility it is to deal with mould in the home.

Join Sacha here on Wednesday at 9.30am. See you then!.
